‘Workplace Drama: Working with a Toxic Colleague’

Attendees left equipped with practical strategies for effectively dealing with difficult colleagues, along with tips and insights on fostering a more positive and productive work environment.
This Autumn Event’s panel discussion was ‘What would I tell my younger self?’. Life lessons and reflections from an intergenerational panel including Dr Alison McLean, Dr Alastair Santhouse and Dr Krista Farrell. Words of wisdom from different perspectives and experiences.
